​Payment Options

Accepting secure payments via most major credit cards or PayPal.

Orders, Shipping and Delivery​

​

Orders can take up to 4 business days to complete prior to shipping. 

​

All packages are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. A Pampered Pixie is not responsible to replace or refund purchases that have been marked as ‘Delivered’ by USPS. Shipping times will vary and cannot be controlled by A Pampered Pixie.

Seller will ship to address given from buyer on order receipt. Buyer is responsible to provide the correct mailing address.

Order Pickup​

​

Order pickup is available when you checkout. Pickup is available only in Rice Lake. You will receive a message when your order is ready to arrange pickup.

Jewelry Care Instructions

*Please store your jewelry appropriately when not wearing.  

*Please wear the rubber backings if provided to keep earrings secure.

*Please keep your jewelry out of water & direct sunlight. Therefore it is strongly advised to not swim or shower wearing your jewelry.

*Please put your jewelry on last after cosmetics, perfume, hairspray or any other chemicals that may be corrosive,

*A Pampered Pixie is not responsible to replace lost or damaged jewelry.

Crystal Care 
 

*Please remember that crystals may be negatively affected by water or sunlight. Also, some crystals may be softer/more fragile than others. 

*Each natural gemstone is unique. The color, size and texture of actual gemstone may show slight differences to the images. Natural crystals may have fractures, inclusions, and characteristics that make each one perfectly imperfect.

*A Pampered Pixie is not responsible to replace lost or damaged crystals.

Return Policies

​

Please contact A Pampered Pixie within 7 days of receipt of merchandise to request return authorization.

Items must arrive in unused/as new condition within 14 days of purchase and in protective packaging to safeguard the product. Items must not have any signs of damage or wear and tear. Any damage will void the return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be responsible for return items lost in transit and therefore insist returned items must be shipped with tracking.

Your purchase will be refunded once the returned item has been received and meets the requirements.
